I am the London-based editor of the MSN UK Food and Drink website and a freelance journalist and editor providing services including feature and news writing, copywriting, proof-reading and fact-checking to the magazine and news media, in the UK and abroad. I also provide editorial services to corporate clients including Costa Coffee and Grant's whisky.

About Craig Butcher Freelance Journalist based in London for the food, drink and travel areas. I grew up in Hong Kong and England though my family originates from New Zealand. After education at Harrow and then Leeds University, I spent five years editing and commissioning legal works for Thomson-Reuters in Hong Kong and London.
After journalism courses at the London College of Communication, I took on internships and later freelanced for a wide variety of magazines, including Grazia, The Sunday Times Travel Magazine, The Wisden Cricketer, Nuts and Waitrose Food Illustrated.
Going permanent, I became Communications Executive for delicious. magazine and Sainsbury's Magazine at Seven Publishing, responsible for their public relations, book publishing projects, licensing for Channel 4 Food and contributing to the relaunched delicious. magazine website.
I now specialise in writing features and handling PR, particularly for the food, drink and travel sector although I deal with most areas.
